1.1 Muscle Rage shall provide the following Products and/or Services (āServicesā) to the Buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement:
1x Monthly Delivery of the Supp-Sub Pilot Package containing;Ā Ā
1.2 Muscle Rage reserves the right in the future to develop new Supp-Sub or similar Monthly Subscription services including new packages, new services, special services which may not be available to the existing subscriber. The subscriber acknowledges that this subscription does not include wholesale pricing below the MOQ of 20 Full Size Supplement SKUās per invoice.
Price:
1.2Ā As consideration for the provision of the Services by the Service Provider, the price for the provision of the Services is Ā£99.99 excluding VAT perĀ month.
1.3 The buyer agrees to pay the Price to Muscle Rage Ltd in full in one payment.
1.3 b) Muscle Rage Ltd shall invoice the subscriber within 5 working days of the payment date.
1.3 c) The method of payment of the Price by the Subscriber to Muscle Rage shall be by:
i) Direct Debit through GoĀ Cardless
ii) Credit or Debit Card
1.3 d) Any charges payable under this agreement are exclusive to any applicable taxes, tariff surcharges or other like amounts assessed by any governmental entity arising as a results of the provision of the Services by Muscle Rage Ltd to the Subscriber under this agreement and such shall be payable by the Subscriber to Muscle Rage Ltd in addition to all other charges payable hereunder.
Muscle Rage Ltd represents and warrants that:
Muscle Rage Ltd will dispatch the monthly subscription package via UPS Standard (on average 1 working day delivery time) within 2 working days of receiving payment.
Neither party will use, copy, adapt, alter or part with possession of any information of which is disclosed or otherwise comes into its possession under or in relation to this agreement and which is of a confidential nature.
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to the initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the current monthly subscription rate and, you accept all responsibility for recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
If we do not receive payment from your direct debit or credit card provider or if your credit card expires or is rejected, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand. Following any such non-payment, we may require you to provide a second valid credit cardĀ or bank account direct debit set up before continuing to use the services.Ā YouĀ authoriseĀ us to charge outstanding fees and other amounts due us against any credit card, debit card or bank account you have on file with us. We reserve the right to take all steps necessary to collect amounts dueĀ from you, including by not limited to legal action and/or using third party collection agencies.
If your account is more than 30 days past due, and is forwarded to a collections agency, you will be additionally be liable for any recovery fees charged by the agency.
You are solely responsible for any and all fees charged to your credit card by the issuer, bank or financial institution, but not limited to, membership, overdraft, insufficient funds, and over the credit limit fees. You agree to notify us about any billing problems or discrepancies within 90 days after they first appear on your statement. If you do not bring them to or attention within 90 days, you agree to waive your right to dispute such problems or discrepancies. We may modify the price, content or nature of the subscription at any time. At our sole discretion, we may grandfather in the prices of certain members based on factors such as sign up date and good standing. Muscle Rage will notify all Supp-Sub subscribers receiving such grandfathered rates prior to the implementation of any price changes. If we modify any of the foregoing terms, you may cancel your membership, and such cancellation shall be your sole remedy. We may provide notice of any such changes by email, notice to you upon log-in, or by publishing them on our website.
With each monthly subscription once your products arrive you have five working days to notify us if anything is wrong with products received such as but not limited to: incorrect flavours, damaged containers or missing outer seals.
If nothing is wrong with productsĀ received,Ā they may not be returnedĀ under any circumstances.Ā If your subscription isĀ cancelled it will start from the next billing dateĀ and the products recently delivered will not be able to be returned.
A return or exchange cannot take place for a product or flavour change.
You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time by contacting your account manager via email or written notification. If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next Supp-Sub billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.
Muscle Rage at its sole discretion may cancel the Supp-Sub service at any time. Providing you within a minimum notice of 14 calendar days.
